• The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of expectations may be removed. Please know that Detectivemeters Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@detectivemeters.world and include:

• Your name and a way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and the outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For matters involving licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
